Mark Thoennes Builders was founded in 2008 in Greenville, South Carolina, with the goal of creating unique design build properties, and to give the ultimate experience for new home clients. Our word is our bond with one another, as well as our subcontractors and customers. Doing what we say we’ll do every time—honestly and reliably—is the only way we operate.
